Is PII stored in analytics?

Is there any mechanism in place to strip out any personal identifying information such as emails, phone numbers etc from the search analytics?
As this would breach GDPR from what I understand.

The only real option is around how you log the IP address and this can be controlled with the following setting: https://docs.funnelback.com/15.24/administer/reference-documents/collection-options/userid_to_log.html

If things like phone numbers or names are input as search queries they can show up in the analytics.
