I am trying to figure out how to read and understand the analytics behind the unanswered keywords. I know that if the content is partially matched, it will still be counted as not successful.
For example, there are 30 counts of a particular unanswered keyword and two clicks on two different URLs, one of them is correct. We are aware that our copy isn't written exactly how user search for but (a) how do we tell FB that it is the correct content so that this can be marked as found and (b) why would it count 30 times? Is it because the user keeps hitting refresh?
