All Results Returned by FunnelBack Link to a 404 Error Page

Hi,

We have been experiencing an issue with FunnelBack recently. When we do a search on FunnelBack (e.g. query = Large Class), it returns the seemingly correct results as expected (the result page contains relevant results and the URL of the result page is https://www.monash.edu/bytes/search?collection=monash-blt&query=large+class&sa=Submit+search). However, when we click on anyone of the results, an HTTP Error 404 page will show with the error message:

Problem accessing /search/click.cgi. Reason: Not Found

The URL of the error page is http://mon-funnelback01.squiz.net/search/click.cgi?collection=monash-blt&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.monash.edu%2Fbytes%2Fstrategies%2Fteaching-large-classes&index_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.monash.edu%2Fbytes%2Fstrategies%2Fteaching-large-classes&auth=7qw%2Bx1d27b38yntY%2FfvG7Q&profile=_default&rank=1&query=large+class.

I tried to investigate further by accessing http://mon-funnelback01.squiz.net/s/search.html and do a search in the 'monash-blt' collection by clicking on the link 'Search Monash BLT' (i.e. http://mon-funnelback01.squiz.net/s/search.html?collection=monash-blt). I then received an error message that says:

HTTP ERROR 404

Problem accessing /s/squiz-matrix-search-link. Reason: Not Found

Can anyone please shed some light on this issue?

Moved this to the Funnelback forums as it seems there is something missing in your FB setup. Might need to get help from funnelback support.

It looks like the click tracking configuration needs revising to point to a valid Funnelback redirection endpoint.

It's a subtle change, but click tracking URLs were modified in v14.0 from /search/click.cgi to /s/redirect.
