If you are comfortable scripting you could write a script to add tunning data via the tunning API. You can view the tuning API by going to the Admin home page then System menu -> View API UI -> tuning. To use this API you will need your collection name and the profile you are working on, by default the profile name is "_default". To get started try out the API call to view all existing tuning data.
