Hi Julio,
Funnelback's analytics reflect actual access to the search as recorded by Funnelback, with some things removed (such as monitoring traffic). These figures will be affected by caching (which Funnelback doesn't use, but can be imposed if the search is wrapped by another system or there is external caching in place). However, anything that gets returned from a cache will not be counted.

Funnelback also includes an SEO auditor tool which can help explain why a document is ranking in a particular way for a specific keyword; and also provides general SEO advice on how to improve that document's ranking. https://docs.squiz.net/funnelback/docs/latest/analyse/seo/index.html
