Error: Lock file exists

Is there a way to resolve a collection update hanging through funnelback front-end interface?

 

Log file shows:

 

Error: Lock file exists

 

We do not have command line access, funnelback cloud hosted.

What version are you on? On the Update tab of the administration interface there should be a 'stop update' command, which once chosen will also show a 'force clear locks' command. The latter is what you want to remove the lock files.

 

If the admin UI doesn't consider the collection as being in the 'updating' state you'd need to contact support (given it is hosted) who can clear the lock file for you.

As you mention, the 'stop update' command was not working in this case, we contacted support and was resolved.
