Issues with Indexing PDF Content in Funnelback

Hello

I am having trouble indexing PDF content with Funnelback. I have updated the crawler configuration to include PDF file types; checked the file permissions to ensure accessibility, and reviewed the logs, but I have not found any errors.

Even after these efforts; the PDFs still don't appear in the search results. I have checked https://www.intellectbooks.com/asset/1655/indexing-guide-new2022.pdf- msbi documentation but still need help.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or have any tips on what I might be missing?

Try checking the log files for your web data source (where you are crawling the PDFs) and check the logs for errors or other messages relating to the PDF URL that you expect to find in the index.
