Matching keywords with similar meaning

I know we can resolve this through adding synonyms but is there a query processor option to find/include similar meaning words?

So if the search keyword is “medicine”, search results will include words like “medical”, “paramedicine”, “biomedical”, etc?

The only way to achieve this at the moment is to make use of the synonyms functionality either directly (in synonyms.cfg) or via the synonyms part of query blending (which uses a similar configuration file).
