Ranking a document (url) up when a term is searched for?

Hey ya'all - is there a tool, qie setting, CGI setting to do this:

If I search for banana, I want a specific URL to show at top

I'm not sure in the current versions, but the old school way of forcing a link to be higher for a given term was to create a html file somewhere on the webserver and include it in the crawl. Within that file create a link with the wording you want the url to return for and copy/paste multiple times.

Alternatively consider using a best bet result.
