I realise that the special d metadata attribute is used as part of the ranking algorithm.
This makes sense when all the items in the collection have an associated date.
I just wondered how this affected meta collections where some items have an associated date and others dont.
Will the items without a date be penalised?
Or will date be ignored as a ranking factor altogether?
